After 21 wonderful years, Chef Soon-Jin has officially retired our Japanese Teppanyaki room. While this chapter is coming to a close, Chef Soon-Jin’s culinary journey continues!
He remains actively at the helm of our main kitchen, overseeing it alongside with his son, Justin. We look forward to welcoming you to the main dining room, where the family tradition and passion for exceptional food lives on. Thank you for your decades of support for the Teppanyaki room, and we cannot wait to serve you in our main dining room.
