Lodging
All our Inn rooms have: separate heat, air conditioning, cable TV, complimentary toiletries, clock radio, private bath and housekeeping (daily). There is coffee, assorted juice, pastries and fresh fruit available in the main parlor (for Inn guests only). Inn Rates : $119.00. (rates may vary)
All our Motel rooms have: separate heat, air conditioning, cable TV, complimentary toiletries, clock radio, coffee maker, private bath and housekeeping (daily). Motel Rates: $79.00. (rates may vary)
We have a seasonal outdoor swimming pool. We are also very close to all the lake & mountain region attractions. In the winter, there is snowmobiling, ice fishing and skiing. In the summer, there is swimming, fishing, boating and many beautiful natural attractions which are very close by. Our fall foliage is second to none.
Reservation Policy: All reservations must be secured at the time of booking by a major credit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express & Discover Card).
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations and other date changes must be made 48 hours prior to arrival. Any cancellations or no shows inside of our cancellation policy will result in a charge of one night's room and tax. (other fees may apply) ***for rooms reserved in the months of June, July & August, a cost of $25 per room will be charged to you for any cancellations made from the moment of booking until 48 hours prior to arrival, where the original cancellation policy takes over.
- Check in is between the hours of 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm. If you are to be later, then please call and inform us, so that your room will be reserved for you.
- Check out is 11:00 am.
- Inn & Motel rates are based on double occupancy, each additional person in a room is $10 extra.
- From Memorial Day Weekend to Columbus Day Weekend, we have a two night minimum on the weekends (includes some winter and holiday weekends).
- Sorry, no pets allowed.
- All our rooms are non-smoking (smoking areas are available).
- Guests staying with us receive 10% off their meals.
- There is an 9% NH room tax added to the cost of the rooms.

The rooms sleep two, with private bath , AC, heat, clock radio, sorry no TV. On entertainment nights you can hear the bands play. All the benefits for the Inn guest are still available. Rates are much less. $69 plus 9% tax. (rates may vary)
