The Bridgewater Inn's Japanese Steakhouse

Where each dinner is prepared at your Teppanyaki Table in the finest of Japanese tradition, by your Chef.

Your dinner includes:  Japanese clear soup, Habachi shrimp appetizer, Japanese Salad with our home made Ginger Dressing, Steamed white rice, Japanese Tea and Fresh oriental vegetables.

Your dinner choices can include:  Filet Mignon, Teriyaki Steak, Hibachi Chicken, Bonsai Scallops and much, much more...

Japanese Teppanyaki Dinners only available in the Japanese Steakhouse.

Limited Seating Available:  Reservation Required.  Will accept parties of no less than 4 to no more than 10.

In our Main Dining Room, we offer American and Japanese appetizers. We make our own linguini and fettuccini for our fresh Italian pasta dishes. We also have gourmet brick oven pizza's, the finest flame grilled steaks, the freshest seafood, our famous ribs, burgers, wraps, and so much more...

The Sun Room can be reserved for private or business functions up to 120 people.

Our Steaks & Baby Back Ribs are Flame Grilled: New York Strip Steak, Filet Mignon, Full & 1/2 Racks of Baby Back Ribs.

*Jack Daniels Tenderloin Tips:  tenderloin steak tips marinated in our homemade Jack Daniels barbeque sauce topped with caramelized onions.

We have a variety of Fresh Seafood: Tempura Fried or Broiled Large Shrimp, Sea Scallops & Haddock Dinners. Broiled Salmon and Broiled or Flame Grilled Swordfish Dinners.

*Cajun Salmon: A sensational Asia-American fusion, fresh salmon fillet Cajun seasoned and pan-seared, served over fresh baby greens and topped with a sweet Thai chili sauce, tomatoes and scallions.

Our Linguini and Fettuccini is made fresh with our very own pasta machine:  Broccoli & Chicken Alfredo, Shrimp & Scallop Alfredo, Scampi with Linguini served with Calamari, Shrimp or Scallops, Vegetable Primavera...

*Chicken Parmigiana:  Hand pounded, floured & breaded chicken breast, deep fried and smothered with marinara sauce & mozzarella cheese served beside our signature homemade linguini.

Our Pizza's are made of the freshest ingredients & cooked in our authentic Italian wood burning, brick oven:  Chicken Ranch, BBQ Chicken, Harvest, Shrimp Scampi, Pepperoni,...

Our Hamburgers are 8oz's of 100% Black Angus Beef, char-broiled and served on a fresh toasted bun w/lettuce, tomato & onion.
